For our installment plan, invoices are sent on the billing date each month, and you have 7 days from the day you receive it to make the payment. A 5% late fee applies to overdue payments.

For the flat fee option, we charge 50% before we begin work, and then we collect the remainder once the work is completed. This insures that both parties are committed.

At Calgary Web Studios, we ensure you get exactly what’s discussed during the project phase. If you’re still not fully satisfied, we offer a 100% refund within 7 days. Refunds outside this policy are at our sole discretion.

Yes, you can request revisions! Minor changes like tweaking colors or text are fine and won’t cost extra. However, major changes, such as adding new features or altering the core design, may incur additional fees. We’ll let you know if a request falls under a major revision and discuss any costs before proceeding.

Our monthly installment option is billed monthly at $180, with an 8-month commitment. Our flat fee rate is $1350 +$15/mo Hosting after Year 1.
